Version 0.3 Updated

This version includes more examples, general clarifications, streamlines player vs. player conflicts, and adds a new scenario: the airship fantasy module "Into the Sea of Clouds" (which makes use of the Steelheart Skies setting).

I've adjusted the starting number of points to make the question of using points for yourself vs. stopping clocks one you can ask yourself for the entire game. I've also  streamlined earning points from conflicts (concession gets you a point, no matter if points were spent or not), eliminated the distinction between major and minor focuses, and added more examples.

A new section about the three act structure and how it maps onto the four spotlights of a Crisis game. If you had questions before about general pacing and whether or not to introduce new elements vs. tying things up, this essay will help you out.

A first for this project is the addition of some color and additional layout. This is easily the most attractive the game has looked on the page, and will likely make a handsome booklet.
